The subject of the agreement is cooperation between the parties in the international humanitarian sphere aimed at promoting Russian education abroad and developing educational service export, improving information and scientific cooperation, as well as creating institutional partnerships between educational and scientific communities of the Russian Federation and foreign countries.
Previously, the University and ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO had already cooperated on recruiting international students who applied for educational grants and scholarship (quota) established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Currently, the University has 42 such students.
It should be mentioned that while in the past the University was only able to accept 10 international students within the quota mentioned above per year, next year the number will increase up to 30.
