University Efficiency Monitoring Ranking consists of 5 leagues, where Ryazan State Medical University is included into the first one. 

Universities are ranked according to 6 criterion taken separately and then   the median value is computed. Universities’ educational, research, international, financial and economic activities, salaries and some other additional indicators are taken into account.

It should be mentioned that the university efficiency monitoring has been carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation since 2012. It covers almost all higher educational institutions and their branches of the country.
